3. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about the item(s) and the issue to be repaired.

  • Ensure that any items sent to us are legally owned by you or that you have permission to authorise the work.

  • Package items securely for shipping and include your contact details and return address.

  • Pay for all agreed services and shipping costs (if applicable).

We are not responsible for damage caused by poor packaging or for items lost in transit to us.


4. Quotes and Pricing

  • Prices will be confirmed before work begins.

  • In some cases, we may need to inspect the item before confirming the final cost.

  • If you choose not to proceed after inspection, a small diagnostic or return shipping fee may apply.
