Refund Policy

1. Services and Non-Returnable Work

Because we provide custom technical repair and cloning services on items you supply, once a job has been started or completed, it cannot usually be cancelled or refunded — unless:

  • We are unable to complete the repair or cloning due to circumstances under our control.

If we cannot complete a service for reasons outside our control (e.g., a faulty or damaged item that prevents successful programming), a partial refund or return without charge for labour may be offered at our discretion.

 

2. Items That Cannot Be Repaired

If an item is found to be beyond repair or incompatible with our tools or processes, we will contact you before proceeding.

  • In such cases, you will only be charged for return shipping (and possibly a small inspection fee if agreed in advance).

  • You may request the item to be returned unrepaired.

 

3. Faulty or Incorrect Work

If you believe the service provided is faulty or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.

  • We may request photos, fault codes, or a brief description to confirm the issue.

  • If verified, we will offer a free rework, replacement service, or refund, depending on the situation.

We may ask that you return the item so we can inspect and verify the fault before processing a refund or rework.

 

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days after confirmation.
Refunds will cover only the service amount — shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

 

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for returning items safely to us for inspection or rework.

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service.

  • If the return is due to an error by Nubs Auto Tech, we will reimburse reasonable shipping costs.

 

6. Warranty

This warranty does not cover:
